Just wanted to say that after a couple of very painful days, I am already seeing a difference in my ability to keep up with the exercising and cardio routines.
The scale today showed a total loss of 2 pounds, but that was the very first difference in weight since I started my diet and exercising.
I was really beginning to get frustrated.
How is everyone else doing with their resolutions?

I think we quit calling them resolutions when we quit calling it a "New Year". :-)
