I'm back! And I'm 6 pounds lighter. Yay! Keeping it up is a good thing. I am finally starting to see some results.
I'll keep posting about my losses, because without those, it just isn't a diet, is it?
I'll tell you what I'm doing. Ready? I'm eating fewer calories by replacing my breakfast with a protein bar and eating a very light lunch and pretty much whatever I want for dinner. I also eat fruit or nuts for snacks all during the day. I quit drinking anything but water with lemon. (And coffee, of course.) And I am doing an hour of Gilad about 2 or 3 times a week.
That is about to change though. I just bought a two DVD set of my new pretend boyfriend Gilad's "Express Workouts". Hopefully it will get me moving for 6 out of 7 days a week. And that, my friends is my ace in the hole. I will keep you posted. I'm not brave enough to do the before and after photos, but I'll tell you how it works anyway.
